The Freeport Memorial Library subscribes to a variety of databases that allow cardholders to search for books as well as articles from magazines, newspapers, reference works, government documents, and media. Depending on the source, the results may include full text, abstracts, citations, and pictures.
Most of our databases are available for use both in the library, and at home. If the database has a separate [Remote Link], please use this link to connect to the database from outside the Library. If the database is only available from within the Library, this will be indicated.
When using a database from a computer outside the Library, you will be required to enter your 14-digit Freeport Memorial Library barcode.
Nassau-e is a convenient way to access our catalog, plus many of our databases all with one search. Most of the resources in our database collection, including Nassau-e, are not available for free on the Internet.
