The Business Advisory Council is comprised of a maximum of five members from the business community in Freeport and the surrounding areas.  Members of the Business Advisory Council meet to discuss how the Library can use its resources for the advancement of:

• Local business development
• Mentoring and knowledge sharing
• Business technologies and resources

These meetings serve an extremely important purpose as they provide an opportunity for the Library to gather input and suggestions for the enhancement of services offered to new and existing businesses.

The advisory council provides members the opportunity to give back to the community, and to contribute to its vitality.  It also provides the Library with valuable input.  If you are interested in becoming a member of the Business Advisory Council, please contact the Director, Ken Bellafiore, at kbellafiore@freeportlibrary.info, or 516-379-3274.
